Belgium, Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Canada, Chad, the Ivory Coast, Comoros, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Djibouti, Equatorial Guinea, France, Gabon, Haiti, Luxembourg, Madagascar, Mali, Martinique, Monaco, Morroco, Niger, Rwanda, Senegal, Seychelles, Switzerland, Togo, Tunisia and Vanuatu.
But, having said that, it’s important not to forget, there are some very strong French accents. A strong French accent can interfere with the line of communication when speaking English. Reducing and softening a strong French accent, can help you to improve your speaking skills.
